The 20 best-reviewed home care services in each region of England, judged on what the people who actually use them said.
How a service wins
- 1. Every service listed here is entered automatically. There is no form and no fee.
- 2. It needs at least 5 reviews published between 1 June 2026 and 31 May 2027.
- 3. It needs a review score high enough for the top 20 in its region, counting only those reviews.
- 4. It must have a current CQC inspection on file.
Nobody can buy one. Subscription level has no bearing on this at any point. A paid listing and a free listing are judged identically, because an award a provider could pay for would be worth nothing to the family reading it.

No service has qualified yet. The 2027 awards need 5 reviews published for a service between 1 June 2026 and 31 May 2027, and reviews have only just opened here.
