Enquiries

If you send an enquiry to a care service through this site, we pass your name, contact details and message to that service so they can reply. We do not pass it to anyone else, and we do not sell it.

Location

“Use my location” asks your browser for your coordinates and uses them once, to sort results by distance. We do not store them.

Provider accounts

If you claim a listing we hold your name, email, organisation and billing details for as long as the account is open. Payments are handled by Stripe and we never see your card number.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@besthomecarers.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
