- Why am I listed without asking?
- Your registration is public information published by the CQC under the Open Government Licence. We show the register and link back to your CQC record. If a detail is wrong on the register, correcting it with the CQC updates it here at the next refresh.
- Can I be removed?
- Yes. Email us and we will remove the listing, though families searching your area will then not find you here at all.
- Do you sell my enquiries to competitors?
- No. An enquiry from your listing goes to you and nobody else. We do not run a lead auction.
- Does paying change my CQC information?
- No. Registration details, service types and inspection dates come from the register and are identical on every tier. Paying adds your own content alongside them and changes where you appear in results.
